De Lionel Messi a Bizarrap, ¿cómo le fue a los argentinos en los People’s Choice Awards?

Los People’s Choice Awards, que premiaron lo mejor del cine, la televisión y la música se celebraron en el Barker Hangar de Santa Mónica, California. Tal como su nombre lo indica, el público se convirtió en el gran jurado y tuvo la potestad de elegir lo más destacado del año.

La nueva edición de los premios reunió personalidades como Billie Eillish,Tom Hiddleston, Lenny Kravitz y Adam Sandler. Al mismo tiempo, algunos de los íconos nominados fueron: Meryl Streep, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Cruise, Beyoncé, Shakira, Maluma, Peso Pluma, Bad Bunny, Becky G, Karol G y Ozuna, entre tantos.

Entre las 45 categorías se destacaban tres argentinos: Lionel Messi, Bizarrap y Tefi Russo. El capitán argentino figuraba entre los mejores atletas del año; mientras tanto, el productor competía en la categoría Mejor Artista Latino, en tanto que Tefi Russo lo hizo como Influencer Latina del Año.

La ceremonia comenzó a cargo del actor y escritor Simu Liu, quien ofició de presentador. El artista fue parte del elenco en “Barbie”, el suceso de taquilla de la temporada, donde se destacó como el Ken asiático.
